Growing Hot Peppers
One of the most rewarding endeavors for the chilihead and hot spicy food lover is to grow your own hot peppers from seed. This is not a hard thing to do, but there are challenges. If you are going to grow from seed, you will want to start in December-February. You will need a starter seed tray and make sure that you plant many more than you are likely to need because some seeds will not germinate, some young plants will die, and others will just not grow all that great. Starting enough seeds will ensure that you have enough good strong plants to make a garden come spring.
